When close friend and owner of Parkway Avenue Amy Crawley told Xan she wanted to open her own design studio and furniture store, Xan said “I’m in. She completed design commitments with a local developer and off to market with Amy she went….
Alexandra grew up in Hawaii and California. From an early age, she was fascinated with the amazing architecture and design around her. Having a father who was a developer she learned to appreciate and understand what it takes to complete a project from start to finish. In high school, her father would take her on projects wanting her opinions and advice. It was during this time she realized she had a keen eye for design.
Xan studied public relations at BYU and interior Design at Salt Lake Community College. After college, she and her husband embarked on 20 plus years of new construction, remodels and property management. Acting as a General Contractor on these projects including her personal residences… she brings to the design profession the added knowledge of the entire construction process. In addition, to interior design, Xan loves the challenge of designing exterior elevations. She has strong relationships with local subcontractors, architects, developers, real estate agents, and vendors. She believes these strong relationships are vital when working with clients to achieve their design goals.
Known for thinking outside of the box, Xan believes good design goes way beyond what’s “trending”. She has the proven ability to design appealing spaces even when they might not be the popular thing at the moment. A local architect once told her “You can’t teach what you have Xan, its a talent”. Combining that talent with her confidence, she is a strong believer in the psychology of design. She spends valuable time getting to know her clients, their backgrounds, their current surroundings, their needs, and desires so she can successfully design their ideal space. Xan believes everyone can benefit from working with a designer. She is sensitive to everyone’s budget and appreciates all styles. She is talented in finding creative ways to achieve a client’s desired design. If she has a vision for something and can’t find it you just might find her in her garage making it herself.
When she’s not creating amazing spaces, Alexandra can usually be found outside playing in the amazing landscapes of Utah. She enjoys running and mountain biking on the trails outside her home, and skiing, and hiking local mountains. Alexandra is excited to be a part of Parkway Avenue. It has been an amazingly rewarding experience working from the beginning with Amy Crawley to get Parkway Avenue up and running. She is excited to meet new clients and use her skills to create wonderful spaces around Utah.

Keesha is the Public Relations Consultant for Parkway Avenue and Design.
Keesha attended SUU and WSU for her schooling and has spent the majority of her career for the past decade in Health Information Management. However; Keesha has always had a passion for creativity and design. For the past 10 years; she always had some type of creative endeavor on the side to satisfy that need; including floral design and gifts, furniture refurbishing and up-cycling, royal icing cookie art, and organizing and designing spaces—often doing all of these things for others through word of mouth.
When the opportunity came available for her to join our team; the timing was perfect to leave healthcare behind to pursue her passion.
Keesha loves being able to get to know customers and clients, and knows the importance of the human connections we make. She is the most excited and challenged when she is able to help our clients come up with solutions for their specific needs; whether that be collaborating with residential developers in the community on interior design options for show homes, real estate agents with unique closing gifts for their clients, or with individual homeowners in creating their ideal space that feels like “home” to them.
Keesha is currently in school for Interior Design and is excited about furthering her career with Parkway.
In her free time, you can find Keesha “kicking it with family”, hitting up movies, scouring pop up and antique shops, hiking, adding to her evergrowing plant collection, and likely redecorating each room in her home.
Keesha is the point of contact for all business collaborations, and can be reached at the following:
Design Intern and Certified Interior Decorator, Kelsie Reyes, has joined Parkway Avenue’s team as a junior designer, stylist, and sales representative in the hopes of gaining even more experience in the world of design.
Growing up, Kelsie often helped her parents renovate houses in the Idaho Falls, Idaho area. Remodeling, decor, and design quickly became a passion of hers. Over the years she has developed an array of skills and qualities that qualify her to work effectively with clients and help their vision of a beautiful space come to life.
Creating genuine relationships with her clients is a fundamental principle that allows her to represent their personality all throughout the design. “I don’t want someone to walk into their home and be reminded of me because I designed the space,” she shares. “I hope they walk through the doors and think of themselves, their family, their memories. And then afterwards remember I designed it.”
Aside from design, Kelsie adores photography, organization, national parks, and spending time with her husband. She can also be easily bribed with smoothies or puppies.
